Task order proposals are evaluated and TOs are individually awarded to a SATOC prime contractor.   SATOC has a 5-year program ceiling of $4 billion and 5 options years. It allows for traditional construction, design-build and turnkey projects. Versar formed a joint venture with Johnson Controls Federal Systems for this contract. (JCFS/V, LLC.)
