CULTURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT Since 1977, the Cultural Resources Division has provided creative solutions and
innovative strategies for a wide variety of projects in compliance with preservation and environmental laws
and regulations. Clients have included federal, state, and local agencies, and commercial and private
enterprises in 49 states, Latin America, the Caribbean and the Far East. We supply a full range of cultural resource management and planning services that include architectural history and archaeology, planning documentation, historical research, archaeological predictive modeling, construction and demolition monitoring, and public outreach. Versar's highly experienced professional staff meets or exceeds the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualifications Standards. The Cultural Resources Division operates a full-scale archaeological laboratory staffed by trained technicians responsible for cleaning, processing and inventorying artifact collections, performing sophisticated analyses, and preparing collections for permanent curation.
