Environmental Team Lead-Project Management Support, REQ # 09-938

Employment Status:  Full Time

Locations:  Kentucky, Utah, Florida, Colorado, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland

Responsibilities:

Energy management professional(s) to work full-time on-site for federal agencies.  Professional will serve as Resource Efficiency Managers (REM).   REMs will manage the energy management program with a focus in the areas of energy project funding attainment, supply-side cost reduction, energy awareness promotion, O&M efficiency enhancement, and retrofit project management. Your position will annually fund itself from energy savings achievement

Experience Requirements:

U.S. citizenship, at least 4 years of related experience in energy management of existing facilities, demonstrated ability to achieve substantial energy efficiency improvements autonomously, and preferably hold an engineering degree.  Additional experience in energy management experience at federal installation.

 

Skills Requirements:

Public speaking, coordination with other agencies, permitting, and knowledge of installation, state, and Federal compliance regulations.

Education Requirements:

BS in Engineering or Environmental Science or other related field and at least 4 years exp. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification, Professional Engineering (PE) license are a plus.
