For the first 30 years, Versar grew and prospered based on a core capability - environmental services. However, by the late 1990s our Customers began asking for more integrated services that fit within their every day operations as past environmental problems were addressed. As a result, our core capability grew to encourage a broader infrastructure and management program.

IMS supports Customers nationwide, helping to improve operations using pollution prevention methods, implementing projects that reflect Low Impact Development, and designing structures using Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) concepts. In short, Versar now provides sustainable services to our Customers that produce a smaller environmental footprint and are based on life cycle costs and effects. In fact, all of the services provided by IMS meet our Customer's needs for tomorrow, as well as today.
