VERSAR INC., JOINT VENTURE AWARDED CONSTRUCTION PHASE SUPPORT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF $90 MILLION

Springfield, VA - May 16, 2013 - Versar, Inc. (NYSE MKT: VSR) announced today that its joint venture with Parsons was awarded a new prime contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District (MED) to provide Construction Phase Support Services (CPSS) throughout 18 countries within the Central Command Area of Responsibility. The Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is a single award with a maximum five-year period of performance consisting of a base year and four option years. VERSAR, INC. ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER FISCAL YEAR 2013 RESULTS. REPORTS 22.7% REVENUE GROWTH

Springfield, VA - May 13, 2013 - Versar, Inc. (NYSE MKT: VSR) today announced financial and operating results for the fiscal year third quarter and nine months ended March 29, 2013.
Gross revenue for the third quarter of fiscal year 2013 was $31.6 million, a 22.7% increase compared to revenue of $25.7 million reported in the third quarter of fiscal year 2012. VERSAR, INC. ANNOUNCES $4.3 MILLION TASK ORDER FROM U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS

Springfield, VA - April 16, 2013 - Versar, Inc. (NYSE MKT: VSR) announced that the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District has issued Versar a fourth task order to provide funding for option year three of the ongoing Range Maintenance Contract at Fort Irwin/ National Training Center, CA.
