Program/Project Management The key to Versar’s success is its ability to manage a project and deliver a quality product on time and on budget. To do this, Versar has adopted industry-standard Program Management techniques from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Working with the appropriate stakeholders, project managers develop a functional scope of work on which to base the project and clearly identify the task at hand. Well thought-out work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets, that incorporate quality and risk evaluations, provide a firm foundation for our managers and teams to successfully accomplish their assignments. On-going quality assurance checks, as well as quality control audits, allow us to identify processes and products that need to be corrected and improved. Lastly, our project managers don’t call a project complete until it has met the criteria approved by the stakeholders and our clients are satisfied.At Versar, integrating proven management techniques into our culture insures overall project effectiveness and quality. Our Certified Project Management Professionals deliver consistent performance through collaboration with our Program Management Office.
