Our Corporate Quality Assurance Program (QAP) incorporates both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities. We routinely incorporate QA/QC into all aspects of our work including engineering data collection, field studies, scientific assessments, engineering evaluations, systems engineering, logistics, and to achieve the quality standards of our clients. We complete these QA/QC efforts to ensure compliance with any DoD instructional/regulatory requirements, to be consistent with accepted scientific, engineering and QAP is implemented using the most technically sound and cost-effective approaches for the specific project and client requirements. Application of the Versar QAP is a “3-tiered” approach which reflects the specific client requirements, the risks involved in the project tasks, the level of complexity for the work efforts, environmental considerations, and health and safety issues.

Tier 1 – Corporate QA Plan (QAP), represents the governing quality document for the program; Tier 2 – Corporate QA/QC Support Documents, relies upon written plans and SOPs to ensure the quality of all work and deliverables. Tier 3 – Customer Specified Quality Documents, identifies customer- or contract-specific Quality Plans, Work Plans, or Project Plans, which detail our client’s quality requirements for a given task or work activity under SeaPort-e.
