Jim is a senior leader with over thirty years of engineering, program, and project management experience leading teams in developing and executing complex projects in the United States and around the world. He is adept at leading diverse teams in uncertain and high-risk environments.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He retired after serving twenty-one years as a Civil Engineer officer with the United States Air Force. He is a Project Management Professional and Professional Engineer licensed in Maryland.
