Michael is a highly regarded legal executive with twenty years of experience navigating the complexities of corporate law and litigation. His experience spans the construction and government contracts industries, where he has served as a key legal advisor and in-house counsel. Michael also has a proven track record of developing and overseeing comprehensive global ethics and compliance programs.

Recognized for his insights, Michael is a frequent presenter at industry conferences, including recent engagements as a panelist at Fox Rothschild’s Federal Contracts Symposium and ALFA International’s Construction Law Seminar.

Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology and International Affairs from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Virginia Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
