Steve leads Versar’s Human Resources strategy and operations, overseeing talent acquisition and management, team member relations, compliance, and organizational development. He partners closely with leadership throughout the company to align workforce planning with business goals, while driving initiatives in compensation, benefits, performance management, and policy.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus in Personnel and Labor Relations and a Master of Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
