AFCAP – Ascension Island – Base Operations Support

Provides airfield management and safety, air traffic control, air traffic control equipment maintenance, environmental, sea port operations, air passenger and cargo services, fuel storage and delivery services, and power generation services in support of the U.S. Space Force.

ATGHS – Naval Station Rota, Spain

Provides all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, and tools to perform the full spectrum of ATGHS 24 hours a day, seven days a week in support of the Defense Transportation System.

Charlesfort Santa-Elena NHL, MCRD, Parris Island, SC

Conducted research and onsite assessments of cultural and natural resources, including 16th-century French and Spanish forts and T&E rattlesnake species to provide baseline data on the nearshore environment in response to climate-influenced erosion into the salt marsh.

Construction QA Services in Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Casa for USACE

Since 2004, provided construction management support throughout Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Central/Southern Asia including engineering, Quality Assurance, and planning with over 1,200 engineers and professionals on thousands of USACE construction projects valued over $12 billion.

DES/RES Contracts – American Creosote Works, FL

Complex feasibility study for a large creosote site heavily impacted with dioxin and NAPL. Developed remedial alternative evaluation around five separate contaminated media zones to allow streamlining and improved clarity for remedy selection.

DES/RES Contracts – Former Escambia Treating Co (ETC), FL

From 1942 to 1982, ETC manufactured treated wood products including utility poles, foundation pilings, and lumber with creosote and PCP, generating wastewater that was stored in impoundments onsite. In 1991, the company filed for bankruptcy and abandoned the site. We have worked at the site for 10+ years for assessment and remedial actions.

DES/RES Contracts – Former Mississippi Phosphates Corp (MPC) Site, MS

The MPC Superfund site is an abandoned diammonium phosphate fertilizer plant where Versar has worked previously beginning in 2016. The primary task at this site remains to manage and treat the highly acidic leachate and runoff.

DHS Border Wall Construction Management Services

Provided 18 onsite engineer and Quality Assurance Reps. to monitor the construction of over 100 miles of border wall, sensors, and CCTV systems from Texas through California to protect the U.S. southern border from illegal crossings.

Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP) for ADAIR, USAF

Evaluated potential environmental consequences of implementing actions to provide Combat Air Force Adversary Air (ADAIR) sorties to installations utilizing special use airspace to improve readiness and proficiency for multiple installations concurrently.

EPA RTP Facility, NC

Conducts facility operation and maintenance management services required to keep the 1.2 million square foot RTP campus clean, energy efficient, safe, and operational.

Falcon Stadium USAF Academy, CO

Analyzed impacts associated with a major remodel of Falcon Stadium to help enhance visitor experience and better serve USAFA, its student athletes, alumni, the Colorado Springs region, and the nationwide USAFA community.

Federal Aviation Administration, ESS

Performs system design, engineering, implementation, integration, and sustainment services to support 500 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) facilities nationwide, including the U.S. territories of Guam and Puerto Rico.

Former Cristex Drum Site, NC

Cristex Drum site was a former fabric mill that operated from 1968 to 1986. It stored leaking drums of toxic chemicals and metals (TCE and chromium) onsite and buried a pipeline that carried contaminated wastewater into a lagoon and into the Oxford sewer system.

Former Dry Cleaner Sites, Pike & Mulberry Streets, IN

The 38-acre groundwater plume is contaminated with chlorinated solvents and has affected one of the city’s municipal drinking water wells. Martinsville has operated a treatment system to remove PCE from its water. However, monitoring has shown that PCE levels continue to increase.

Geospatial and Digital Solutions

Our solution enables the creation of tailored geospatial digital tools and applications designed to tackle today’s most complex multidomain challenges. Built for agility, precision, and scale, our capability integrates predictive models, immersive simulations, and intuitive intelligence tools—such as GeoAI and Large Language Models—to deliver actionable insights across natural, built, and digital environments.

IESS Sustainment Programs Across Various Gov and DOD Customers

Provides IESS sustainment including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and admin/cyber security support at multiple locations and agencies with a combination of full-time onsite assets and remote capabilities.

Improving Naval Construction Forces Engineer Reconnaissance

Leading efforts to improve government technologies and digital services to enhance productivity and efficiency in engineering reconnaissance. Working jointly with the warfighter to test tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to more efficiently deliver site-specific data on ports and airfields in theater.

LOGCAP – Iraq

Provides power generation, airfield operations and safety, passenger and cargo services, fuel storage and delivery in support of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V (LOGCAP V) across multiple locations.

LOGCAP – Kuwait

Provides airfield management and safety, air traffic control, air traffic control equipment maintenance, fuel storage and delivery services, and power generation services in support of LOGCAP V across multiple sites in Kuwait.

LOGCAP – Marshall Islands

Performs airfield operations and safety, passenger and cargo services, power generation and distribution, fuel storage and delivery services, real property, master planning, and engineering services to support the U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll across multiple islands.

NAS FALLON, GOCO/COCO Fuels Services Contract

Recognized as the U.S. Navy’s 2024 Best Retail Fuels Organization

Provides on-time fuel support to NAS Fallon via one 3000-gallon Isometrics over the road Refueling Vehicle and seven 7000-gallon Skymark Refueling Vehicles. Supports the mission year-round, without interruption as a 24/7 Defense Logistics Agency Alongside Aircraft Refueling Contract (AARC).

NEOM Construction Village

Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of a Hybrid Power Plant (HPP) – Integration of 14MW Diesel PP + 4.5MWp solar PV technology with an automatic robotic cleaning system, 200KWh battery storage, and future wind turbines.

Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC), AZ and NV

The AZ-NV Group includes Air Force Plant 44 (AFP44), a government owned-contractor operated (GOCO) facility and Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; and Creech AFB and Nellis AFB, NV. Versar is performing investigations, testing, and remediation at 22 sites, including 16 sites at Nellis AFB, 3 sites at Creech AFB, and 4 sites at Davis-Monthan AFB through FY27.

Oxagon – Neom

Engineering, procurement, installation, and testing and commissioning of a Containerized Diesel Power Plant, feeding power to OXAGON, a housing camp as one of Neom’s cities.

Rapid Integration Planning & Engineering for Troop-Led Construction

RIPE is a mission-ready, model-based digital engineering solution that uniquely integrates geospatial data, AI-driven planning, and expeditionary construction workflows delivering unmatched speed, accuracy, and adaptability for troop-led infrastructure projects in austere environments.

Shouaibah Desalination Plant

Engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, and operation and maintenance supervision of a 65 MWp solar PV plant, including integration with the national grid through the desalination plant.

Silicon Valley Innovation Program Contract

Supports DHS Science and Technology (S&T) mission-oriented business programs and initiatives in policy and regulation development, engineering, and program and business management for emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and innovation.

Task Force SAFE/UFC Inspections

As the prime contractor on the TF SAFE/UFC Inspection contract since 2020, conducts electrical inspections, UFC inspections, repairs, reporting, and management of U.S. government facilities in 18 countries within the CENTCOM AOR to identify and repair life, health, and safety concerns.

U.S. Coast Guard Acquisition and Maintenance Support

Provides Program Management, Engineering and Logistics Support for USCG acquisitions and maintenance programs, including aviation, surface, individual surface, in-service vessel sustainment, fast response cutter, boats, major acquisition, system, polar sea service life extension, waterways, and commerce cutter programs.

U.S. Marshals Service – Nationwise ESS Upgrade Services

Procured, designed, upgraded, and integrated more than 21 major Federal Courthouse installations, including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Video Management, and Intercom and Duress Systems.

U.S. Naval Academy & Naval Support Activity Annapolis Predictive Modeling

Leveraged digital solutions to a create comprehensive plan and a year-by-year execution strategy to support USNA’s core mission of developing Midshipmen through enhanced educational, training, and operational infrastructure ensuring continuity of academic programs, physical readiness, and military Instruction across the installation.

USACE HNC Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair Program (RMMR)

RMMR delivers preventative maintenance and corrective repairs for DoD fuel systems worldwide, ensuring the delivery of clean, fry fuel that enables the U.S. Military to execute missions by air, land, and sea. Versar delivers for five regions supporting the Army, Air Force, and Navy.

USPS Integrated Facilities Services Management Contract (IFSM)

Provides Integrated Facility Services Management for five USPS facilities: Chicago CIMS, Columbus P&DC, MI Metroplex P&DC, Kansas City P&DC, and St. Louis P&DC. Services include preventive and corrective maintenance, grounds maintenance, trash and recycling, subcontractor oversight, and coordination of Out-of-Scope (OOS) and scope change requests
