With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Segala is an industry leader in Program and Construction Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Operations Leadership for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of Projects in the Government, Energy, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure and Commercial Buildings Industries.
Private and Public Sector experience includes multiple international assignments in The Netherlands, Thailand, Iraq and the UAE. Ms. Segala has also held portfolio responsibility for projects in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, China, the Middle East and Asia. For the past 20 years Ms. Segala has led several large and complex multi-cultural /multi-geographic operations and project teams. Her specific expertise includes Organizational Restructuring and Cultural Transformation, Program/Project Management, Planning and Scheduling, Estimating/Cost Engineering, Information Systems Management, Computer Integrated Engineering, Contract Management, Training, and Systems Development and Design.
Ms. Segala has served in multiple leadership positions including P&L responsibilities with Fluor, URS, Exterran Holdings, Jacobs Engineering Group, Foster Wheeler, Hill International, Monsanto Enviro-Chem, and J. A. Jones Construction Company. Furthermore, Ms. Segala worked for the U. S. Department of the Army, as Director of Reconstruction in Iraq where she was recognized with the Bronze De Fleury Medal and an Outstanding Civilian Service Award. Most recently, she led the Triad National Security Capital Projects Directorate at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Ms. Segala received a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Technical Institute, a division of Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
